Carla Oliva has been a cornerstone of Moore Dental Care since 1996. She initially served as Dr. Curtis Moore's assistant for 16 years before transitioning to her current role as Office Manager. Carla attended the University of Tampa then earned her EFDA in Dental Assisting from Concorde College. She and her husband, Michael, have five children: Shane, Anthony, Angie, Alex, and Christopher. Carla loves spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors together.
Joanna Sutheard is originally from Illinois and moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1994. She has been a valued member of Moore Dental Care since 1998. She has worked alongside both Dr. Curtis Moore and now Dr. Charles Moore as a Dental Assistant for 26 years and continues to do so. Joanna is a fur mama to her dog, Stella and when not in the office she loves traveling and exploring new places.
Ali Francisco is originally from Missouri and moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2017. She is a devoted Dental Assistant who has been a part of Moore Dental Care since starting her externship in July of 2020. She earned her Expanded Function Dental Assisting certification from Concorde College. Ali recently got married in November of 2023, and in her free time enjoys spending time with her dog, Ollie, reading, and going to brunch.
Katie Neel is originally from Montana and moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2001 where she graduated from Ultimate Medical Academy in 2010. She joined the Moore Dental Care family in the same year and has been dedicated to her role as Dr. Chang's Dental Assistant ever since. You can always find her helping around the office, demonstrating her commitment to patient care and teamwork. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending quality time with her son, husband, and their many animals. Her dedication to both her family and profession defines her compassionate and supportive nature.
Genie Arnold began at Moore Dental Care in 1993 with over 30 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. She then earned her EFDA from Concorde College in 1996. For over 16 years, she worked alongside a respected colleague and friend of Dr. Curtis Moore's, enriching her career with diverse experiences. In 2014, she returned to Moore Dental Care where her passion for dentistry first ignited, eager to contribute her expertise once again. In 2022, she achieved a significant milestone as part of the first graduating class of dental assistants in Florida to receive a Restorative Certification from the University of Florida, College of Dentistry. Beyond her professional achievements, she finds joy in spending quality time with her family, exploring theme parks, and discovering great bargains while shopping.
Katelyn Torres brings a decade of experience to her role as an Insurance Coordinator. She earned her EFDA Certification from Sanford Brown College 10 years ago and spent the first 6 years of her career chairside before cross-training with the front desk. Outside of the dental office, Katelyn is a dedicated mother to five wonderful children—Dayanara, Jomar, Leilani, Landyn, and Luca—a fur mama to her kitty, Luna, and a loving wife to Michael. The Torres family loves spending time by the water, whether at a lake, ocean, or pool, and they are often found on the fields for cheer and baseball.
Jocelyn Alvarez joined the dental field in 2020, beginning her career in a lab for three years before transitioning to the front desk. She brings a unique blend of technical and administrative skills to her role. Jocelyn is a fur mama to her sweet pups, Simba and Rico. Outside of the office, you'll most likely find her under the hood, working on mechanics with her fiancé, Anthony.
Cayla Moore is the Marketing Director and helps assist the front desk at Moore Dental Care. A Tampa native, she is currently pursuing a degree in Biology at the University of South Florida (USF) with hopes of continuing the legacy of her grandfather and father, Dr. Curtis Moore D.M.D. and Dr. Charles Moore D.M.D., by entering the dental field. Cayla enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and dog, Clara Belle. She is also an avid hockey fan and loves line dancing in her free time. Cayla's dedication to her family’s legacy and her enthusiasm for both her professional and personal pursuits make her an integral part of the Moore Dental Care team.
